The idea of Parergon arose in 2010 from the reading of "The Perspective as a Symbolic Form" by Erwin Panofsky and the opportunity to make the pieces at my father's carpentry workshop, in my hometown, Camagüey. ELLIPSE was one of the first three works I started back then, but due to its long production process, I decided to prioritize other projects.
